libjuman-perl software package provides Perl binding of JUMAN, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libjuman-perl
libjuman-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libjuman-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libjuman-perl *
You will get with libjuman-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
